• Died: October 9^th,1941, in Amagne-Lucquy (Ardennes), car accident

• Education: Munich

• City Planning Officer, Dresden: November 17^th,1904

• Manager, Civil Engineering Office: February 1905

• Developed 50+ buildings in 10 years

• Chairman, Building Committee

The school’s history:

• Built: 1914

• survived 1^stworld war bombings

• 1992: became "Gymnasium Dresden-Gruna"

• April 6^th 2004: received honor name "Hans-Erlwein-Gymnasium Dresden"

• 2011/2012: building’s renovation

• September 1^st 2014: return to actual school building
